It was Vader time at the Cochenour Arena Tuesday night.
Korlan Vader stood on his head making 39-saves as the English River Miners defeated he Dryden GM Ice Dogs 3-2.
The young 18-year-old stopped 20 shots in the second and received some help from his goal post on two occasions.
Brandon Workun scored his first SIHJL goal, Kyle Crawford scored the winner in the third and Konnar Dechaine found the back of the net for the third straight time against Dryden.
Matt Houston and Tanner Watt replied for the Dogs.
