Mining Company Hopes for Quick Resolution

Junior mining company Platinex says it plans to talk to the province about accessing its mining claims near Big Trout Lake First Nation.
The negotiations are to begin this week.
Platinex has launched a $70-million lawsuit against the government, claiming it has lost millions of dollars because the Province allegedly botched its duties toward the Northern First Nation.
