Mining Plan Unveiled

The Minister of Northern Development and Mines feels a new mineral
sector plan will spur economic growth in northern, rural and aboriginal
communities.
Rick Bartolucci says the initiative promotes prosperity by ensuring
the long term sustainability and competitiveness of the industry.
Bartolucci adds the plan will help foster better relationships between
first nations and mining companies.
He adds the plan builds on current Provincial initiatives.
