Minnesota Man Fined

A former Ontario resident who now lives in Minnesota has been fined for using an invalid Ontario resident Outdoors Card.
The case was heard in Dryden Court on April 19th and he was fined $3,000.
John Cawker of Ely, Minnesota has plead guilty to 3-counts of using a card for 3-years.
Cawker moved to Minnesota back in 2007, but had used an Ontario address when purchasing moose hunting licences
