Provincial Police in Sioux Lookout are hoping someone comes forward with a goodwill gesture.
OPP say on May 8th around 4 o’clock police were advised of a missing outboard motor that was being transported in a towed boat from Dryden to Sioux Lookout.
Police believe the motor may have fallen out of the boat during a rough patch of road along Highway 72.
Efforts to locate the motor have been unsuccessful.
Anyone with information is asked to contact OPP in Sioux Lookout.
