Mixed Reviews to Plan

The McGuinty Liberals released the Northern Growth Plan to mixed reviews. The Northern Ontario Municipal Association is welcoming the plan with open arms in hopes it will establish a frame work to improve government support of northern communities and public sector partners, but NDP MPP Howard Hampton feels strongly the 25 year plan isn’t a proactive approach.
