MNR Training Session in Dryden

More than 100 Ministry of Natural Resources Fire Crew Leaders from across Northwestern Ontario were in Dryden this week for a training program.
Response and Operations Manager Dave Cleaveley says the session focused on leadership, safety and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Cleaveley says crew and civilian safety has always been a priority but notes its becoming more challenging due to the changing climate.
He notes the session also showcased the City as a training hub.
Cleaveley says the utilized the Centre and noted the City is central for the 7 participating Districts.
