MOH Promoting Substance Abuse Prevention

The Northwestern Health Unit is addressing an ongoing substance abuse problem.
That will be one of main priorities for the Health Unit heading into the new year.
Medical Officer of Health Dr. Jim Arthurs says they have a number of prevention programs available for those suffering from substance abuse.
Arthurs says one drug available to help with overdose is naloxon.
