The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board is getting more than
$330,000 to reduce class sizes and hire more teachers.
It’s the first step in the Province’s bid to cap primary class
sizes at 20-students by the 2007-2008 school year.
Wendy Parkin is the Superintendent of Education with the Public
Board and says the cash will go a long way in reaching that target.
