Confederation College is receiving over a million dollars from the
McGuinty Liberals.
President Pat Lang says they’re pleased the Government realizes small
Northern Colleges face special challenges, such as high service delivery
costs.
Lang says they intend to use the cash to pay for their
programs already in existence.
She notes one of the programs will be the joint Baccalaureate Nursing
initiative.
Northern and Rural College’s received $10-million in the announcement
and will see $20-million in 2007-2008.
