There is some good news for communities in the Kenora-Rainy River
Riding from last week’s Provincial budget.
Natural Resoureces Minister David Ramsay says the Government is
providing $5-million in one-time funding for road work, bridge
repairs and other infrastructure projects.
Dryden will see $870,000, Sioux Lookout will receive $566,000 and Red Lake will welcome $449,000.
Ramsay adds overall, the Government will be providing $400 million for communities in Rural and Northern Ontario as part of the move ontario
program.
