Justice John Wright has charged the jury in Bruce and
Donna Montague’s criminal trial.
Wright spent most of the day outlining the case to the
jury and let them know the facts they should focus in on.
The jury was sent into deliberations late Wednesday
afternoon.
Bruce Montague faces 47 criminal charges for firearms
violations, while Donna Montague is up on three firearms
charges.
The trial has been running for a month, it was orginally
scheduled for one week.
