The Supreme Cout of Canada will not hear an appeal from a former Dryden resident.
Bruce Montague had sought the appeal over the seizure of firearsm that occurred prior to being charged and later convicted of several firearms charges.
No reasons were given by the Supreme Court of Canada for its decision.
