Justice John Wright has finally begun reading his final charge to the jury in Bruce and Donna Montague’s criminal
trial.
Justice Wright has indicated he will need the whole day
to outline the case to the jury and to let them know the
facts they should focus in on.
In one other bit of business this morning at the Kenora Court House, Justice Wright denied a defense motion for
a mistrial.
Bruce Montague faces 47 criminal charges for firearms violations, while Donna Montague is up on three firearms charges.
