Montague Says He Gets to Keep His Home

Bruce Montague will not be forced to give up his Eaton Rugby home for the
time being.
In a press release, the man fighting the Federal Firearms Act said a
judge has ruled that the Crown will not be able to seize his home, at least
until the Constitutional Challenge is over.
Last month, Ontario’s Attorney General made the move to prevent him
from using the equity to fund his Supreme Court challenge.
Montague faces several firearm charges and will be back in court in
December.
