Montague Seeks Public Input

Former Gunsmith Bruce Montague is seeking public input as his legal
team puts the final touches on a Constitutional Challenge of the Federal
Firearms Act.
The deadline to file his Constitutional motions with the Ontario
Superior Court is April 30th.
In a statement on his website, Montague asks the public if there are
other issues that should be addressed before he moves ahead with the
challenge.
The Eaton Rugby resident faces 53-criminal charges for a number of
weapon-related offences.
