The criminal trial of Bruce and Donna Montague is starting to wind down.
Donna Montague was called to the witness stand on Thursday.
She faces three firearm charges, including possession of
a firearm without a licence, unlawfully storage of a firearm.
Montague’s lawyer Doug Christie went through all three charges with Mrs. Montague, and Crown prosecutor Peter Keen has been cross-examining her.
Donna Montague will be the last witness to appear in the case.
On Monday, both the crown and the defense will present their final arguments.
On Tuesday, Justice John Wright will give his final charge to the jury, before they begin their deliberations.
