The jury in the Bruce Montague trial has been excused
until Monday.
The Defense and Crown will be meeting with the Judge
today to figure out how to speed the trial up.
The Crown still has several witnesses they would like to
call to the stand.
Thursday’s witnesses included an OPP officer who
specializes in electronic equipment.
Robert Gagnon was in charge of taking documents off of
the computer seized from Montagues home in 2004.
Gagne made DVD’s of the thousands of file from the
computer, and printed off some of the documents for the
Jury to see.
Montague’s Lawyer Doug Christie has yet to start his
case.
