The battle is on.
Despite giving up a few pounds, Dryden’s Max the Moose is going toe to
toe with Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan’s Mac, who weighs 9,000 kilograms.
Dryden Chamber of Commerce Spokesperson Leslie Thorley says they will
put Max up against their mascot any time of the day.

Thorley adds Max is community minded and lives in his natural habitat.
Moose Jaw describes Dryden’s beloved Max as having long spindly legs
and as aggressive looking.
