The Province is launching its annual campaign to crack down on moose poaching.
Natural Resources Minister David Ramsay says poaching cuts into the moose population, which affects hunting opportunities.
The campaign encourages hunters and the public to report poaching by a calling a confidential toll-free number.
About 600 calls have been made to the phone line since the program started in 2000.
