Northwestern Ontario will be hosting its first ever forestry trade show next spring.
The Lake of the Woods Forestry Expo will be taking place in Kenora from May 4th to 5th.
Organizers are expecting as many as 10 thousand people to
attend, and over 180 companies will have their wares on display.
Glen Dredheart is one of the organizers and says they chose Kenora because of its large woodbasket and the central location of the community.

Dredheart says the indoor booths are almost sold out and the outdoor spaces are selling quickly as well.
