More information is coming to light regarding a rash of fires Wednesday afternoon.
Machin Fire confirms they responded to a fire in the Beaver Creek area.
Crews were unable to save a barn, while a garage was also damaged.
However, fire fighters were able to save nearby homes and property and no one was injured.
The cause is unknown.
There are also reports of another blaze in the Oxdrift area.
A homeowner confirms to CKDR News that he lost his residence in the suspicious fire.
No other details are known at this time.
In both cases, Dryden and Wabigoon fire fighters provided mutual aid.
