Misconduct charges have been laid against a second Kenora police officer following a botched murder investigation.

White will appear before a hearing officer on July 14th and faces three counts of neglecting to perform his duty and three counts of acting in a manner likely to bring discredit to the police force.

In the meantime, Sergeant Tom Favreau faces 10 counts of misconduct and has a hearing on the charges set for September 19th.
