The Northwest Catholic District School Board has drafted its Rural Education Plan.
The Board is in line for $486,000 from the Province.
Superintendent of Business Chris Howarth says they are considering using the funds to increase speech assistant time, improve technology, increase its learning material budget and hire more teachers.
The Board also hopes to increase special education staffing.
The final plan will be presented to Trustees in December.
