Reaction continues to come in with the resignation of Dryden Mayor Craig Nuttall.
Minister of Northern Development and Mines Michael Gravelle calls Nuttall a true friend and notes they always had a great working relationship.
Gravelle calls him a “straight shooter” and notes that’s what you want in a politician.
He adds he admires Nuttall and was saddened to hear the news of his departure at the end of the month.
Gravelle says Nuttall has been a great leader for the community and has done a great job under challenging circumstances.
Former Ontario PC leader Tim Hudak took to Twitter to say he’s sorry to see Nuttall retire from politics, calling him a strong leader who took tough and long overdue decisions.
