More Testing Of Nipigon Bridge

What led to the failure of the Nipigon River Bridge will be put through the paces of two independent testing facilities.

Starting Monday, the National Research Council of Canada in Ottawa, and Surface Science Western of Western University will conduct testing on the bridge, in an effort to determine what caused the bolts to fail.

The Ministry of Transportation says wait times will continue to be less than five minutes, as testing takes place.

Meantime, last week CKDR News asked you, who do you think should take responsibility for the problems at the new Nipigon River Bridge?

63% believe the Contractor is to blame.
