Motorists Asked Be Aware of Emergency Vehicles

Dryden OPP are asking motorists to abide by Provincial Legislation
dealing with emergency vehicles.
Police say when approaching a police, fire or ambulance vehicle stopped
with its emergency lights flashing in the same lane you must move over
safely to another lane, or slow down.
Failing to do so can result in a fine up to $2,000 and
possible 2-year suspension of a driver’s licence.
A second offence leads to a fine up to $4,000 and possible jail time.
