Movie Gallery Closing

The Movie Gallery Store in Dryden is closing for good.
The outlet on Van Horne Avenue is among 131-stores that will be shutdown by the end of July.
A liquidation is taking place at the Movie Store starting today. (Tuesday)
Company officials say the move is prompted by strong competition in the video rental market from cable providers, Internet and subscription-based mail delivery services.
