Thunder Bay-Rainy River MP John Rafferty says Premier Dalton McGuinty is passing the buck when he claims First Nations are a Federal responsibility.
Rafferty says that’s not the case.
Rafferty says in order for things to improve for First Nations both the Prime Minister and Premier are going to have to work together.
