MPP Says Province Is Committed To Mining Sector

The Minister of Northern Development and Mines is defending his governments handling of the mining sector.
Michael Gravelle says talks are on-going with mining officials and they plan to meet with them next week in Toronto.
Gravelle says they are moving forward with a strategy to spur growth in the mining industry.
His comments come as NDP Critic Michael Mantha demands a better plan for job creation in the mining sector.
The Northern Development and Mines Critic feels the province is avoiding the challenges of the industry.
