MPP Supports Bonus Freeze

A proposed freeze on bonuses in the public sector.
The idea came through Ontario NDP leader Andrea Horwath after a report indicated 98% of eligible managers and executives in the Ontario Public Sector got bonuses up to $100,000 last year.
Kenora-Rainy River MPP Sarah Campbell is on board with the freeze and says the bonuses are not right and disgusting.
Campbell says they are a slap in the face for all hard working Ontarians.
Campbell thinks the appropriate solution is to ensure fair wages and salaries for all workers.
Premier Dalton McGuinty is promising to review the bonus pay system.
