The Fall session of the House of Commons gets underway Monday, with talk the government could fall as early as Friday on what’s essentially a confidence motion.
However, the New Democrats suggest they could scuttle that vote if they like the prime minister’s proposed changes to Employment Insurance.

Both the Liberals and the Bloc have said the minority government no longer has their support.
