The Nipigon River Bridge is still open to one lane of traffic.
The investigation into the buckling of the bridge continues and the Ministry of Transportation says they are monitoring the current bridge joints and bearings 24-hours a day.
Drivers can still utilize the TransCanada Highway but the bridge is under weight restrictions.
Wait times are roughly five minutes.
Transport Minister Steven Del Duca and Minister of Northern Development Michael Gravelle toured the site on Wednesday.
Del Duca noted it could be some time before the Highway is fully reopened.
