The Ministry of Transporation is making some progress in efforts to reopen highways in the region.
The following highways are now OPEN to traffic (as of 11-AM Friday the 14th):
Highway 71 Kenora to Emo for daytime travel only between 6-AM to 9-PM until further notice

Highway 11 Fort Frances to Emo
The following highways remain CLOSED to traffic (as of 11-AM Friday the 14th):
