Mud Spills Into Lake Superior

Sand, mud and gravel from last week’s torrential rains and flood in northeastern Minnesota are now seeping into Lake Superior.
Satellite photos from space show a western section of the lake having a brown tint.
Boaters have reported entire trees floating in the lake.
