NDP leader Tom Mulcair campaigning in Toronto where he says an NDP government will add another 400-million dollars annually to the guaranteed income supplement available to seniors.
Mulcair says that will remove more than 200-thousand seniors out of poverty.
Mulcair also promising to bring the age one can access the program back to 65 from 67.
