A costly fire in the Clearwater Bay area of Lake of the Woods.
The blaze broke out in the Sugar Bay area around 2 o’clock Friday afternoon.
A multi-story cottage was completely destroyed by the blaze.
A recent listing had the cottage selling for 2.45-million dollars.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
No one was injured.
