Multiple Medal Performance At Ontario Special Games

An amazing performance from two Dryden athletes!
Robert Grandmont and Dominique Gardner both received multiple medals at the Ontario Special Olympic Games in the York Region this past weekend.
Gardner picked up a gold medal in the 3,000 meter, 1,500 meter, 800-meter and 4×400 relay.
Gardner also earned a bronze medal in shot put and a bronze in the 400-meter.
Grandmont picked up a silver medal in long jump and a bronze in shot put.
Their results reemphasize the importance for voting for the upgrades at the Harry McMaster Field Track Friday and Saturday in the Kraft Celebration Tour competition.
