Two people have been arrested and are in custody in relation to the death of a Whitefish Bay First Nation man.
On September 4, 45-year-old Buifford Cowley was reported missing and his remains were later found in the Northwest Angle #33 First Nation area four days later.
That prompted an investigation by Provincial Police and Treaty Three Police.
As a result Police say 29-year-old Timothy Constant Lowe of Whitefish Bay has been charged with second degree murder and indignity to a dead body.
Police say 23-year-old Sierra Cowley of Kenora faces counts of accessory after the fact to murder and indignity to a dead body.
