murder conviction

A 27 year old Lac Seul man has been sentenced on a murder charge.
Dennis Sonny Trout pleaded guilty in Fort Frances Court to a charge of
2nd degree murder in connection with the death of 22 year old Adele Matinet
of Atikokan.
Trout has been sentenced to life with no eligibility of parole for 10
years.
Court was told Matinet died as the result of blunt force trauma.
