Murder Update from White Dog First Nation

The investigation continues into the circumstances surrounding the death of a 43 year old White Dog First Nation resident. On January 1st, police were called to a residence on the first nation in response to a disturbance. The deceased was located inside the home with obvious signs of blunt trauma. A 15 year old youth has been arrested and charged with 2nd degree murder. A post mortem was completed yesterday in kenora, but the cause of death has not yet been released.
