Muskies Storm Back To Stun Eagles

The Dryden Eagles stormed out of the gate but got victimized by a short bench and more injuries in a 6-5 shootout loss in Fort Frances Sunday in Boys High School Hockey.

The Eagles carried leads of 4-0 and 5-4 but couldn’t ice the game.

Nathan Ho and Kohl Wrolstad each had a pair of goals while Jacob Lugli added a single.

Dryden couldn’t score in the shootout while the Muskies went 2 for 2.

Fort Frances outshot the Eagles 40-34.

It’s a quick turnaround for Dryden as they return to the ice at home Monday night at 7 against St: Thomas Aquinas.
