NAN Asking for Delay in Far North Act

Hearings on the Province’s Far North Act are scheduled to begin on Monday.
Nishnawbe-Aski Nation is asking the Government to reschedule the committee hearings.
Officials say they need more time to translate the Legislation and provide input.
Consultations are being held in several Northern communities.
