The Nishnawbe Aski Nation is demanding the provincial government step up and pay for the resources that are being used on NAN territories.
Deputy Grand Chief Les Louttit says they presented the Ontario government with a billing invoice for $127-million in Toronto yesterday.
Louttit says the money was guaranteed as part of a 100-year-old treaty.
NAN calls it a historic swindle.
