NAN Not Pleased With Boreal Agreement

The Grand Chief of the Nishnawbe Aski Nation is slamming the recent Boreal Forest Agreement.
It’s a deal reached between forest companies and environmentalists to protect the Boreal Forest.
Stan Beardy says it was negotiated without input from NAN.
Beardy says once again NAN is being treated as a stakeholder rather than a government.
He adds NAN will continue to take all legal means to make sure their rights are protected
