NAN Not Sold on Federal Plan

Nishnawbe-Aski Nation officials are skeptical about this week’s
Federal announcement of $330-million to improve First Nation water
systems.
Deputy Grand Chief Terry Waboose says the plan is a good start but it
does have some flaws.
He notes 19-NAN communities face boil water advisories each year and
the money may not be enough to cover the entire country.
Waboose adds fly-in communities face extreme financial needs.
