A former Princess Court employee is suing the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union.
Shelley Kiewning is alleging that during her time as the CEP Local President she was harassed and bullied by the National Representative Ritchie Mihalick.
Kiewning is claiming damages over the mental stress she incurred during her time as the President.
Kiewning is continuing with a civil case against the CEP and Mihalick after a Thunder Bay court ruled that she can continue her lawsuit.
