National Nurses Week

This is National Nurses Week and Hospitals across Northwestern Ontario are celebrating.
Doreen Armstrong-Ross is the Director of Inpatient Services at the Dryden Hospital and she says the week helps them promote the profession.
She says it also gives management a chance to formally thank Nurses for all of their work.
The theme this year is Nursing-The Health of our Nation.
Draws, giveaways, social events and guest speakers are just a few of the highlights this week.
The week starts with a speech tonight (Monday) in Dryden from the President of the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario.
