Combining Traditional Aboriginal Medicine and Modern
health care is the theme of the 2nd annual wholistic health
conference in Kenora.
Co-ordinator Jan Green says the conference is geared at
educating the aboriginal community, health service
providers, and social workers.

Green says their will be several workshops on youth
suicide, healthy relationships, and men and women’s mental,
emotional and spiritual health.
The “Nurturing Community Well being” conference will be
held on February 15th at the Best Western Lakeside Inn.
