Nault Critizes Wynne Over Highway 17 Twinning Delay

The Federal MP for the Kenora Riding is uphappy with the Premier of Ontario – and is making no bones about it.

MP Bob Nault says the Provincial delay on twinning Highway 17 west of Kenora is “disappointing and unacceptable”.

Nault expressed his displeasure in an open letter to Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne.

Nault is trying to get the feds to help speed up the process, saying “lives are at stake” and he says he will keep working to make sure the project gets done sooner.

Nault says traveling on that section of the Trans Canada on Thursday and Friday on long weekends finds drivers dangerously travelling bumper-to-bumper.
